jillian michaels 30 day shred: day one.

i did half the workout dvd.









now, i am going to go crawl somewhere and die.

ha ha ha ha! i have one of her dvds. i REALLY need to start doing it. but with colin being all family-ee now. he's home RIGHT after work. No more going out late. so i can't do it after the baby is asleep. :/ and there's no way i'm plopping my fat ass in the living room for that just so he can die laughing at me!

i know! your supposed to go 30 days in a row...but i am so not doing it in front of tim on the weekends ;)this one is friggen hard too!

I think I made it a week then moved to level 2 then stopped. It really is a good efficient workout said the girl who is sitting on her butt at the computer ;)

Good for you! The extent of my exercise yesterday was walking the dog around the block. I have a feeling you deserved a good night's sleep more tha I did!
