jillian michaels 30 day shred: day igaveup.

fail.
i WILL start again, here very soon.
tomorrow probably.
i was even seriously starting to look thinner.
then sick, babies, life happened.
now the real question is, do i start counting at day whatever or from day one?

I do her On-Demand workouts. What does the 30 day shred entail? I have 10-15 lbs of baby weight left to lose, I am so close I can taste it!

the 30 day shred is a dvd, with three levels of circuit training. where she does 3 min of strength 2 of cardio and 1 of abs. it's about 20 min long.
it is really intense! but you def see results!
i think some of the dvd is on on demand, at least it was last year.
