Warning: breatfeeding talk. Help!

I was just pumping (with my medela)and all of the sudden I hear a slushing noise and the tubes were FULL of milk as well as the 'bubble' that pumps. I have never had this happen, does anyone know what is going on or how I fix it?
Ready go.

I had that happen once when I tilted the bottles a bit too far. Wash the tubes in soap and water and let them air dry and I would wet a paper towel and clean the pump.

could your "bubbles" be wearing out? i've heard those sometimes need replacing, though i've never had to yet myself...

Yes, what they said. :) And, to speed up the drying, swing the tube over your head fast. It gets the droplets out.

Been there. Looks like you've already got the advice. I ended up replacing my tubes. It grossed me out cause it happened a few times. Don't know what pump you have, but I had a pump in style & got mine from an amazon affiliate.
Also, just leave the tubes attached but nothing else & let the pump run for about 10 minutes... it will dry them out.
