30 day shred - week three.

pros:i have moved up to level three, two just wasn't cutting it anymore and the moves were starting to feel easy. i seem to be maintaining my weight at the very least and have possibly lost a couple of pounds; most importantly i am feeling thinner! i didn't include a photo of something i would like to fit into better but i have been eyeing my sevens that haven't fit right since i had stella...here's to hoping!
if i feel like i need to take a break i don't stop i just start to follow anita; anita and her stupid perfect stomach.
complaints:level three is no joke; i am not even kidding at during the third interval cardio my teeth even ache. level three makes you sweat sweat sweat and my back is not liking this and is fighting back with a nice little breakout. lame.
i have been skipping saturday and sunday and i don't use the weights; which i am finding in level three would really be helpful-i think i might run to target tonight. i have somewhat fallen off the healthier eating wagon and am trying really hard to get back on, it is no problem saying no to a soda but i am constantly asking tim to run to the store for a giant butter finger or something. fail.
how are you doing? i am kind of excited to see what size my arms are at the end of this.

You are so brave, I am scared of level 3! I am also so bad with sweets, I had a huge delicious chocolate brownie at lunch and I don't even feel bad about it! ;)

YAY for level 3. Level 2 is pretty easy for me except for the arm move with weights. My shoulders are killing me!! I need to eat healthier this week also. Keep up the great work!

Level 3 wow thats excellent!
I don't do weekends either.
I have only just moved up to level 2, not looking forward to level 3 lol

level three really isn't too bad! the extra plyo (jump training) is really the only change-that can be a killer though. i feel her workouts are more for legs than anything else!

it is a great workout to do if you don't have a lot of time, needs more ab stuff to it though.

haha, we have been on such a health kick lately that when i do eat bad i really do feel different-makes it easier not to eat it :) at least when i am not cheating bad like i have this last week!
