dear readers,

crazy things are happening, right now as we speak; thus the lack of blogging, twittering, pinning, google +'ing, facebooking, and well life. on tuesday i have to be able to successfully name and spell correctly every bone in the axial (cranium, ribs, vertebrae, sacrum, and coccyx) and the appendicular (legs, arms, shoulders, pelivc area) skeleton; with just looking at the actual separate bone or area and knowing what the heck i am talking about. do you follow? all the while preparing for this practical we start learning about the brain and other soft tissues tomorrow, that will be extra crap floating around in my head while i try to remember that the thumb only has two phalanges; a distal and proximal (all the other fingers have three by the way.) are you still with me?
holy crap, i just checked and my wedding is in 44 days! i was thinking it was still 50 some odd away, but no...44! which means the crunch is on. we let our wedding planner go, there were some serious communication issues happening and when it came down to it and our budget was getting tighter and i was scratching my head wondering what the heck i was spending all that money on, when me plus the new help of my good friend amanda can do it ourselves. i feel so much pressure off now and a lot of our budget has been freed up to use elsewhere. everything is coming together and i am freaking out over how excited i am; is it weird that i think my wedding will be just freaking fabulous?! there is so much diy goodness going into it with a lot of personal touches! which reminds me...i have an EPIC giveaway in the works for the week of the wedding! made up of some of my amazing wedding vendors, so stay tuned for that!
speaking of tightening that good old financial belt, we are officially house hunting!! the whole process of trying to find the right situation for us that we would feel comfortable with has been straining i was bringing to feel like we would never get into a house. of course with a little patience and turning the course of our lives over to God our prayers were finally answered and we hope to be in a house by october! wow, i have been using '!' a lot! i am just really excited! we are looking at some new builds in the maple valley, wa area which has me giddy because we will be living seconds from my best friend and a lot closer to some of my favorite blogging friends! so keep us in your prayers that the right house comes along and everything goes smoothly!
ok, so to wrap this up-i have 4,000 photos sitting idle in lightroom waiting to be edited; from hiking, the beach, the spray park, my new tattoo, and our OR coast weekend. today is my last day of class for the week them i am all yours between house hunting, wedding craft fun, and other random to-do's. in the mean time don't forget to enter the amy cornwell giveaway going on! link below:

All awesome things m'dear!  I have friends who moved from Lynnwood down to Maple Valley and they love it, so many young families in the area.

Congrats to you on going to school! Wooohoo! I just finished nursing school, and it was seriously tough, but so worth it!

Good job with the school! I'm starting in August and already freaked out about how I will juggle everything. I can't believe your wedding is coming up so soon, I've been seeing little details here and there and love how you've included bits and pieces from our favorite bloggers. Jess' program turned out AMAZING! So cute. Congratulations on the house hunting, I hope you find something perfect soon!
